Return and Replacement Policy

Grab for Home offers a 7-day replacement policy for products that are received in a damaged, defective, or incomplete condition.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or missing components.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.

If your product is eligible for replacement and the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

Refunds are not applicable once an order is placed and confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is marked as shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
